Al Abdullatif Backing Plant was established in the year 1994, as an ancillary unit for producing Carpet backings for the parent company of Saudi carpet factory. Over the years, the Products from the factory gained international recognition. To meet this increased demand and the growing need for the in-house facilities; a significant expansion was undertaken, making it the biggest Company producing Carpet backings in the World After USA and Europe.

To focus on the product development and its Customer base, this company is now given a new identity, under the name of Eastern Textile Company Ltd, ETEX for short.

We would like to add, that we at, ETEX, inspect 100% of the finished Fabric on Fabric inspection table for Fabric faults, to ensure that our customers receive a Product, that meets stringent Quality standards.
